The Falcon is professionally mounted to a stainless steel fully welded prep station, and also has a long arm tap attached to the unit.

The Stainless steel table is 90 cm high and has a small upstand across the back to stop dirt and crumbs from falling behind. It has a low level fully welded shelf to give additional storage as well as helping to keep the whole unit very strong and sturdy.
Adjustable feet make it easy to perfectly level the whole unit.
