Large Dehydrator

I am looking for a new or 2nd hand large dehydrator, currently I can only find 10 tray ones, any help on this would be appreciated. Possibly interested in industrial size.

• 4 to six up right refrigerators for service use in the temporary Kitchen

• 2 Large double jacket boilers (for boiling veg in large quantities and making soup
• 2 over head grills or salamanders

• Wash hand basins
• 2 Hot water boilers

Keeping it hot

• 4 double auto shams
• 1 large vertical hot plate
• 2 large double sinks with drainers
• Stainless steel tables for preparation (8)
• Large stainless steel racking for pots, and kitchen equipment

Washing up area

• One extra large double sink with drainer
• Washing up machine
• Racking and self storage
• Dry food store

LONG LIFE stacking stove top steamer set up

The base is just a 10cm deep alloy tin about 50cm long by about 40cm
wide and the trays just fit snuggly into

this with a tight fitting lid.I need at least two steamer stacker
tins.
