Mono 160kg Spiral Mixer Pizza Bakery Bakers Dough Bread

• This listing is for a mono commercial 160a spiral mixer.
• Capacity of 160kgs.
• It has 2 speeds. Bowl rotation, emergency stop etc.
• This is a fixed bowl but the bowl is that big you won’t struggle to get the dough out.
• Both speeds have their own timers. Can be set to just speed one all the time or can go from speed 1 slow to fast after a timed period.
• This machine is 3 phase and requires a 16amp 3 phase and earth supply.
• This has been fully checked over and is working exactly as it should.
• Both speeds are crisp and not noisy, everything is working.
• Condition wise, it is used but in very good clean condition, all these mixers look the same condition wise after a few years use, some traders will paint them to make them look better but I’ve left this in its original condition as I feel it’s not too bad.
• I’ve fitted a new timer as one wasn’t working when we brought this.
• This has a full safety guard which is required by health and safety.
