This listing is for a falcon natural gas salamander. These are a must for any commercial kitchen as they can be used for such a variety of cooking. Perfect for steaks etc etc. This has been fully tested and checked over here in the workshop and is working exactly how it should. It’s a 2 burner 4 burner model with 2 being controlled from each stat. this appliance has flame failure devices fitted so is up to current regulations.
